Return and Exchange Policy:
We offer 100% satisfaction guarantee on all our cartridges and toners up to 365 days from the day of purchase. If your invoice date has passed the 365 days, we will not be able to honor any return or exchange.
Please keep in mind that shipping charges are not refundable.
All returns must obtain return authorization. Packages returned without authorization will NOT be processed and will be returned to the sender.

If you have a defective cartridge you may return it for a replacement or refund subject to the following guidelines:
- The customer will receive full refund minus $4.95 shipping charge
- All cartridges returned as defective will be inspected and if empty no refund or replacement will be offered
- The cartridge must be at least 70% Full.
Unopened Cartridges / Non-Defective:
All unopened or non-defective cartridges may be returned for a refund subject to the following guidelines:
- Products must be in their original packaging and in a sellable condition
- $4.95 shipping cost will be deducted from the order
Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company.
- If the order has not been shipped, your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded.
- If the order has been shipped, it will be customer’s responsibility to return the product for a refund. $4.95 shipping cost or the actual shipping cost will be deducted from all cancelled orders that were shipped .

- If you ordered the wrong cartridges and want to order the right ones, you may do so by following the steps below:
Step 1: cartridges must be unopened and in their original box. Opened cartridges cannot be exchanged.
Step 2: Call customer service to place a new order for the correct cartridges compatible to your printer, so that a new order number is generated and the order is shipped to you immediately.
Step 3: Obtain a return authorization for the unused/unopened cartridges you want to return.
Step 4: Return the package to us. Upon receipt of your package we will issue a full refund, minus $4.95 shipping charges.
Please Note: It is customer’s responsibility to pay the postage to return the cartridges for exchange.
Shipping charges are not refundable except in the event of packing error.
Orders with free shipping will receive refund on the returned products minus $4.95 shipping charge.
We need to receive the returned packages before we can issue refunds. If we do not receive your defective cartridges or returned package, we will not be able to issue any refund. Customers are responsible for returning their packages. We are not responsible for lost packages.
Refunds are made in the method in which they were paid. i.e: if a customer used his/her credit card for the purchase, the same credit card will be credited

We are only responsible for products purchased from our company. If products returned to us are not ordered from our company, we will not issue any type of credit and the cartridges will be send for recycling. Please make sure the products you are returning to us were ordered from our company.
Products returned past our 365-day guarantee will not be eligible for any refund or replacement.
